RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURE

 

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return items purchased from www.ayvabrushes.com in its original condition for a refund within 14 days from delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.

 

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (minus the initial delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you.

 

Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit/gift card used.

 

Please Note:

We will not provide a refund if goods show signs of use. In such circumstances, we will notify you and you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you (at an additional charge) within 28 days of our notification, after which period the item will discarded.

 

Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect items

 

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we would be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by emailing us at info@ayvabrushes.com

 

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

 

This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.

How to return/exchange an item

 

  • Complete a returns form
  • Repack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form
  • Please send all returns to the address on the returns form

 

Please note customers are responsible for return charges, be sure to obtain proof of postage, as AYVA Brushes LTD will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive at our office.
